The past year was one of “batten down the hatches” as we prepared for uncertainty that lay ahead. 2025 was the first time in 17 years we did not introduce a new product. During this time, we focused our efforts on transiting product development from C++ and Java to Rust to emphasize our secure by design philosophy. It was an expensive and challenging transition but necessary.
Data Management applications have access to many internal storage systems and data with elevated Administrator permissions and this makes them a prime target for bad actors and Ransomware Our mission is to make data management as secure as possible and this starts by using a memory safe programming language like Rust,”
2026 is going to be about execution with the release of 4 major applications and one refresh. In sailing terms, we have been adjusting our sailing point to achieve a beam reach, which is the fastest point of sail. To maintain this point requires teamwork, precision and constant adjustment to a changing environment. Our employees and partners are looking forward to a crazy busy and fulfilling new year as we help customers along with their data journey.
